Cancellation Policy:

Jaipur Handicrafts trust in serving its clients as far as possible, and has as a result a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order for stock merchandise. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the production team and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
No cancellations are entertained for those products which made specifically on Custom design and dimensions after confirmation and approval to production go ahead hence cancellations are not possible.
In case of receipt of damaged items please immediately write us at The request will be entertained once we checked and determined the same at our end by Carrier Handling. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our sales team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The sales Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.


If the merchandise of your choice is unavailable in your preferred specification design/color then you may decide that you want money back or else you would open to buy other category merchandise within the respective amount.
Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you are requesting a refund we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds will be processed within 30 days period.
Product Damage- When is your order eligible for product damage defective or tempered. “Relax Do not Worry” You are safe and Jaipur Handicrafts itself will file a case with Insurance Company to Appoint Surveyors. They will come to survey at your place and finalize the claim which will directly get settled to you though we will help you completely and even discussion would also initiate by Jaipur Handicrafts Members.
Exchange- Your product will be exchanged for a new identical product of a different Size or Color but returning expenses and destination taxes will have to borne by Client and we can help to pick up the consignment from your doorstep by Carriers facility.

Online payment: Our online payment partner is Andhra Bank. Andhra Bank provides a secure payment gateway that accepts credit cards, debit cards and bank transactions. This is the most secure way of transacting and placing your order.
Payments in India through Demand Draft / Cheque:
If you desire to pay via Demand Draft/Cheque when you place an order with us. We will be able to process the same only once the amount is credited to us. Cheques are to be made in favor of Jaipur Handicrafts, payable at Jaipur

Cancel/ Modify order
By the Customer:
To cancel or to modify an order, please send us an email at Please include your order number, the products ordered along with desired quantities, your name, your shipping and billing address, and your phone number (including zip/pin code). If you have our order confirmation email handy, all you need to do is forward it to us, since all the information we need will be in the email.
Please note that the order can be cancelled or modified only if it has not already been shipped by Jaipur Handicrafts.
Reserved Rights Jaipur Handicrafts reserves the right to cancel an order before it has been shipped if one or more of the following conditions apply:-
The billing information provided for the credit card does not match the information on file with the credit card's issuing bank.
The credit card is declined for any reason, by our credit card verification service. Please note that the issuance of an order number or the receipt of a confirmation email does not serve as a guarantee that the order will be fulfilled. No order is final till your credit card transaction is verified.
Your Cheque/Demand Draft didn't reach us on time.
In case of an unexpected circumstance, we might have to cancel your order or ship it at a later date. In such a circumstance, we will let you know through your email registered with us. In case we cancel the order before your card was charged, there will be no refunds made. However, if the order got cancelled after your card was charged, we will either

(a). Refund the full value of the product
(b). You can buy other merchandise for the amount of the product good for your next purchase at

All the product representation by way of Images, Videos, Text or any other medium on our website – is our best endeavor to create a very close representation of the real product.
All return expenses and fees will have to be borne by the customer.

We DON’T accept returns on products which have been used or personalized or customized.
In case of in-transit damage before you receive. At the time of delivery, make note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway and Insurance claim will to be processed from our side.
